Exhale. Restore. Rise.
A Little Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Tori, a licensed physical therapist born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I founded Exhale Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC with the goal of providing exceptional, personalized care to my community. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida State University and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
My background includes working as both an orthopedic and pelvic health therapist, which allows me to treat the whole body and address a wide range of needs. My treatment style is evidence-based and compassionate, blending strength training, dry needling, yoga, and mobility-focused exercises to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and build long-term resilience.
I believe physical therapy should be a collaborative process where patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their progress. My mission is to make high-quality care accessible and convenient by bringing services directly to you, creating a healing experience that fits seamlessly into your life.
